The active ingredient in Lyprinol ® (PCSO-524 ® ) contains over 92 fatty acids from the New Zealand green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus). They are gently extracted using a special process. The special fatty acid combination only occurs in this type of mussel and has been shown to have a nutritionally inhibiting effect on inflammation and thus joint pain. This is why Lyprinol ® registered in Germany for nutritional use in inflammatory joint problems.

There Lyprinol ® contains only the anti-inflammatory oil of the green lipped mussel, it is many times more effective against arthritis or inflammatory activated osteoarthritis than fish oils or other green lipped mussel products.
